BRINGS HIS PASSION FOR HIS HOMETOWN CUISINE UTILISING FRESH INGREDIENTS IN A TRADITIONAL WAY TO HAVE THE BEST OF THE MIDDLE EAST IN SINGAPORE.

Kamel Fakih has been the Head Chef at Kazbar since May 2011. This talented Chef has been cooking since the age of 16, inheriting his skills from his mother. Back home in Lebanon, the two would share an unbreakable bond in the kitchen – where the young boy learnt the art from his mother.

Kamel’s commitment and respect for cooking means he demands quality ingredients. To achieve authentic Middle Eastern tastes, he sources many of the ingredients used at Kazbar directly from the Middle East. Kamel is always looking for new challenges, trying out new recipes and improving on current ones.

In his spare time, this chef relaxes over fishing and Shisha. He is also planning to write his own cook book in the near future.
