Kirstin Rodrigues is the Restaurant Manager at Kazbar and has been working with us since February 2012.
Kirstin discovered her love for the food and beverage industry after casually taking up a part-time job while looking to earn spare income. The learning curve was steep, and the young waitress had to learn new skill-sets, including balancing trays of food and drinks, memorising menus and providing friendly customer service. It was a challenge she relished, and after being away from the industry (to work in as an airline cabin crew) for a few years, Kirstin decided to return to where her heart belonged, F&B.
On Kazbar, Kirstin says, “I love Kazbar! It feels like home and the people I work with are family. I love the staff dearly and look after them like I would my own children.”
Kirstin is married with a bubbly daughter. When she isn’t at Kazbar, Kirstin is with her family, visiting parks and playgrounds or simply enjoying Singapore’s deliciously wide range of food.
