We grill over charcoal for that unmistakable aroma, prepare our mezze fresh, and season with air-flown spices that bring real depth to the table. Our bar pairs the food with handpicked Lebanese wines and thoughtful non-alcoholic pours.

Our Story and Team

Hospitality is personal here. The people behind the grill, the bar and the dining room are the reason guests return.

For over two decades, we’ve shared the flavours of the Middle East with Singapore. Founder & Director Angeles Herrero leads a team that cares about the details, while Executive Chef Kamel keeps the charcoal burning and the mezze lively. Together they’ve built a place known for generous plates, warm service and evenings that stretch in the best way.
