Our restaraunt
It is in our menu that we celebrate diversity and a myriad of taste profiles to ignite your senses
Building a fire is an elaborate choreography that our Chefs understand intuitively, fire is a process, cooking with direct charcoal is undeniably essential to our culinary history.
The juices from the meat fall on to the coals delivering flavour to the charcoal translated into a perfume of self-made smoke, we are performing the same process that our ancestors did millions of years ago…. converting carbon into heat.
